Since you want some criticism, I'll give you my opinion, but be warned!! O_O; I don't even know if it's good advice, so yeah...

Anyways, since you made it an animated stamp, why not animate the words "Wonderful World"? I dunno, make it blink, or use the glass effect on the text (make it shiny in the center?)?

I can't really tell the movements of the heart, so make it look a little more like it's in sync with the world's footsteps, if that's what you were trying to do.

You can make the eyes of the world blink if you want?

I totally agree with you on the heart issue I need to smoothen its movement a little.

but I'm not sure about animating the words cause what I wanted to do is to make the focus on the moving Earth and I don't want to distract the attention by animating the writing.

Oh! If you want people to focus more on the world than the words, why not make the words blend in a little more with the stamp? Like make the words blue or some color similar to the background so there's even more attention given to the world with the movement and different colors against the stamp? ?

I dunno I think that the words is not that distinct cuz it's a bit pale.
